Minkse, acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.

Each product is strictly examined with highly efficient team of Quality control team leaders, before the merchandise is dispatched from our warehouse. Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email to info@minkse.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered , with a picture of the damaged good. It should then be returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Minkse will not be liable to accept the merchandise back.

We will investigate the damage from our end and upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. All items must be returned in the original condition they were sent.

For all returns, there is a 20% restocking fee to cover all Paypal, visa card expenses. The actual shipping and handling expenses is not refundable.
